Literally, Metaphorically Speaking Running uphill is dumb.

Do I have to repeat myself? At least once a week (or is it daily) I find myself uttering this phrase. There are only so many times you can say the same thing before utterly losing your shit. "Pick up your stuff" turns into "pick up your shit". "Clean your room". "Clean your room!" "CLEAN YOUR DAMN ROOM!!!". To be clear, I'm not winning any awards at parenting. Sometimes it feels like you're the embodiment of Sisyphus pushing that damn rock up a hill only to repeat the whole process over again. That's why every September we celebrate the metaphorical struggle with a literal bit of uphill "fun". Welcome to Reptember!

This September find your favorite hill and do at least 9 hill repeats. You must get at least 1000 ft of vertical with the repeats (total, not per lap). Although, Josh always says size doesn’t matter, find your nemesis hill or the coolest hill in town and give it a go. This one has to be done OUTSIDE as well. You can do it on your bike or do it on your feet. Once again, tag Josh Pierce and Ryan Mellem in the comment section of your activity and sign up for the monthly challenge. We will draw one winner for the monthly prize. As always, have fun, be safe, and anything worth doing is worth overdoing.
